WOMEN FABULOUS FIFTY PLUS: THE NEW CHAPTER !

This is a leader-run support group for Women Fifty Plus who are optimistic and passionate about life with a desire to connect on a deeper level than what is often found elsewhere. Here you will find social connection, empathy, support, inspiration, problem solving, and motivation to begin new adventures and projects if that's what you choose.

​

An uplifting inspiring group for social connection around all topics of this stage of life. From the most serious of discussions to stress reduction that will include some fun and laughter.

 

Beginner's Meditation Guidance will be offered to support stress reduction.

Two weekly groups offered:  Tuesdays         10 - 11:30 am

                                              Wednesdays    4:30 - 6 pm
