Thank you for visiting my website! I am a NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an MSW from New York University and a postgraduate certificate from the NJ Gestalt Institute. I have been working with adult individuals, couples and women's support groups for thirty years.

 

Hopefully, as you peruse my site,  you will get a sense if I am the right therapist for you.

 

I consider it an honor to participate in the healing and growth in people's lives. My office is an informal space in my home. With empathy, skill and creativity, which includes a mind-body approach, I can happily say that I have helped many people reduce stress and make positive changes.



It is my greatest hope and intention to let you know about my personal philosophy and approach to counseling and psychotherapy. I want you to feel the spirit in which I offer my clients a therapeutic relationship in an environment in which you can feel safe, trusting and hopeful. I have a career spanning thirty years which includes a wide range of skill and experience. 



Your life is precious to you and to me. All humans get stuck from time to time. Whether you call it therapy, psychotherapy, counseling or life coaching, the important issue is that I am considered by many to be a very caring, trained, experienced therapist who wants to help you improve your life. My life is more fulfilled when you are happy and find inner peace.



I want you to be free to live your life to the fullest! This is about who you are and how to influence and enhance the process of your own particular life. I take pride in developing a personalized way of working with each individual. When I launch new groups I start with my own vision. When the members show up I am delighted to know how to help them make the group experience their own as I take each personality into account in a way that will form a collective, cohesive, enlightening and full experience.

As a psychotherapist I feel privileged and honored to be able to play an integral role in the lives of my clients. It is rewarding and fulfilling to guide and support people in their search for attainment of their dreams and goals.

 

My personal life and my work complement and enhance one another. I love both my life and my work and consider myself to be extremely fortunate.
